Emma Gibson

Emma Gibson is a writer beginning her master’s this year in the journalism department.  During her time at CU Boulder she hopes to focus on human rights stories that foster connections between conflicting people and groups.

She earned her bachelor’s in anthropology at Northern Arizona University in 2013. While getting her degree, Gibson focused on cultural anthropology and enjoyed researching oral traditions.  Over the last several years she worked in museums across the Southwest in their collections and archaeology departments.
