Hipster delights: street art, moustaches, and 1995

If you happen to be in Denver walking the streets, keep an eye out for some new signage courtesy of Plastic Jesus. The signs read “No Trump Anytime”, and appear quite convincing. Plastic Jesus, an L.A.- based artist famous for creating a six-inch-tall wall built around Donald Trump’s walk-of-Fame star, states on his website, “I’m not about revolution but about shining a small light into those dark corners of society.”

November is also Movember, the month to grow a ‘stache to support prostate cancer awareness. At Victors & Spoils, you can have your moustache trimmed into shape by a professional for a donation of $20. 100% of the proceeds go to the Movember Foundation USA to support prostate cancer research.

While you’re down on Pearl, check out madelife, which is having an inaugural exhibitions “>1995.” The exhibition features young artists from Boulder and Denver born during or before 1995. The event starts at 6 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 18.
