Imagine if Sam Smith and Frank Ocean’s voices got together, defied science, had a baby and then hired Skrillex as a nanny. The result would be the sweet falsetto of R&B breakout, Gallant. The Maryland native’s first album, “Ology,” debuted April 6th under the burgeoning recording label, Mind of a Genius, and his star has only been rising since
After selling out his first concerts in New York and Los Angeles, Gallant kicked off his 2016 concert with fellow Mind of Genius breakout, ZHU, in London England. He has since returned to the United States, weaving through the heartland with 20 upcoming shows.
Gallant will be performing in the Glenn Miller Ballroom on Oct. 12 with doors opening at 8 pm. All of “Ology” is available on Soundcloud and YouTube.
